6-Week Pass

Our pre & post natal package is designed to run for 6 weeks at a time, making it simpler to exercise with the same group for a set period of time and build community. Anyone who is 12 weeks+ pregnant, can ONLY attend pre-natal sessions.

Pre-Natal

As soon as you've bought your pass, it's valid for booking your reformer pilates sessions. Book directly on the schedule here. The Pre-Natal sessions are every Friday at 12pm.The best part about it is connecting with other new moms 🤰🏻

Post-Natal

Once you've had your baby, and are cleared to exercise again, you'll switch to Post-Natal Reformer sessions. These are held on 6-week term basis. The beauty of these sessions is you also get to connect with other new moms 👩🏼‍🍼

Membership

6 months post baby, you should probably be able to resume regular Reformer Pilates, if cleared by doctor. At this point, we'll advise on the ideal membership option for you, based on desired weekly cadence. We have memberships for both group sessions and private/duet sessions. Members also get discounts on massages at the studio.
