Class packs vs Memberships

If you've been going for Pilates classes for a while now, you know that the status quo is class packs instead of memberships. However, Third Space Pilates offers both, with memberships being more attractive. We'll tell you why.

When you start your Pilates journey, you have a personal goal of some sort, whether it's to become more flexible, build core strength, increase mobility and range of motion or even slim down. These goals take consistency. And if you're like most of us, you are more incentivised to be consistent if you have a laid out frequency that's time bound.

For example, if I have a 5 class pack that is valid for 3 months, I could be caught up in life's hustle and bustle and maybe utilise all 5 classes on the last week, as an extreme. On the flip side, if I have 4 or 8 sessions per month, recurring each month, I could set a regular cadence of going in every Wednesday evening, for example. The unappreciated benefit of this is that I get to work with a particular instructor on a very regular cadence, and they can track my progress and add on each week, getting me closer to my goals. I probably also end up working out with the same people regularly, enabling us to build a community and support each other.

Consistency matters in Pilates, like in everything else worth pursuing.

See you at the studio!
