Irina
Irina is a Pilates instructor trained by 2nd Generation Master Sarah MacLachlann through the Balanced Body comprehensive mentorship program. Drawing from her experience in IT recruitment and talent management in Ireland, and armed with a Psychology degree and an MSc in Management from UCD Smurfit, she now dedicates her days to Pilates.
Irina empowers clients to strengthen their core, reduce stress and improve overall health to gain the ability to live their lives more fully.

Katri
With years of experience working in healthcare, Katri loves to help people and make them feel better. She’s known for her positivity and smile, and wants to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone to move while having a ball of fun!
She fell in love with Pilates a few years ago and recently completed comprehensive training in Mat, Reformer, and Barre at Reformation. She’s excited to share her knowledge and experience with her students and help them achieve their goals in a fun and accessible way. Her classes will be a mix of strong flows and relaxation to truly connect into the body- while still challenging yourself. You will leave the class feeling energized and ready to take on the world.

Minji
Minji worked as a graphic designer in Seoul, South Korea, for over 10 years. After experiencing body pain from prolonged computer work, she began practicing Pilates for two years and became captivated by its benefits. She earned certifications in Rehabilitation Pilates and Classical Pilates and worked as a Pilates instructor in South Korea for over four years.
She holds a certification in rehabilitation training and has attended various New York Classical Pilates workshops. After relocating to Dublin, she joined the Third Space Pilates team.
Minji emphasizes training that focuses on the powerhouse, centering, and spinal mobility of her clients. Her personalized approach will help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, drawing, and swimming in the ocean during the summer months.

Irene
Irene discovered pilates and immediately loved the discipline and benefits of the practice. After years of taking classes she made the decision to go through the training process. She completed her apprenticeship teacher training under the watchful eye of Master Instructor Emma Mc Carty and was awarded her certification from Progressive Pilates Academy.
With her passion for movement & her interest in the human body, Irene is currently studying Sport therapy in Portobello Institute. She is dedicated to educating the appropriate audience in by offering guidance and support to her clients.
Her sessions consist of Pilates repertoire with a touch of strenght based inspired movement. As a Pilates Instructor " she hopes to give back the experience and attain the goal of movement and happiness".
Outside her pilates interests she enjoys the outdoors and dabbling in gardening.

Laura
Laura's background is in fashion buying but she fell in love with Pilates 10 years ago. Therefore, she made the decision to train as a Pilates teacher last year in mat, reformer and barre and it’s the best decision she made!
She loves bringing a relaxed and positive atmosphere to her classes! Laura's classes are dynamic with a mix of strong flows and relaxation to find that mind body connection. She's obsessed with movement and her hope is that she can help people improve their strength, flexibility and overall well being, while having fun along the way!

Maria
Maria has been teaching Pilates for 15 years, with 10 years of experience specifically in reformer pilates. Teaching is her passion and has helped her move forward and improve her own life. She finds immense joy in teaching people and assisting them to achieve their fitness goals. She’s able to work with individuals at various levels of expertise and can adjust the class workouts accordingly.
Furthermore, she holds qualifications in Fascia motion pilates and cardiac rehabilitation. She’s skilled in teaching individuals with clinical problems and has experience working with people who have scoliosis. She’s also studying yoga, qualifying to teach it this December.
Over the years, she has accumulated a wealth of experience, including 3 years of teaching bodybuilding in “toned figure class”, with a total 12 years of experience in gyms, and 10 years in studios. She’s qualified in rehab and has worked with individuals to prepare them for knee replacements.
Outside of Pilates, you’ll find Maria knitting and crocheting; this is a creative endeavor and serves as a form of meditation for her, keeping her grounded in the present. She also has two beloved furry companions, Pink and Chilli, her cherished twin dogs.

Burcu
Coming from an engineering background, Burcu fell in love with Pilates, finding it a discipline that reflects scientific understanding of the human body via a holistic & connected approach.
As a certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor with multiple years of experience, Burcu's passion is to channel a deeper experience of connecting the body and the mind through breath.
Her ambition is to encourage clients to use the mind to control the body with greater emphasis on aligned movements, through creative and accessible but challenging sequences.

Tara is a qualified mat, barre, and reformer Pilates instructor with a passion for enhancing lifelong movement. Her journey into Pilates began after a persistent back injury led her to explore its benefits. With over 15 years of experience in team sports, she quickly recognised how Pilates can improve performance in various sports and daily activities.

Drawing from her background in primary school teaching, Tara excels at delivering clear instructions and tailoring exercises to make everyone feel comfortable and motivated. Her dynamic classes are designed to challenge clients while empowering them to feel strong and confident in their movements.

Ebin is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience, boasting additional certifications as a Personal Trainer, Holistic Therapist, and Maderotherapist, with a particular focus on body massage therapies. His expertise transcends conventional medicine, seamlessly blending clinical precision with the artistry of massage therapy.
With an acute understanding of the body's intricate mechanics, Ebin delivers transformative care, addressing not only physical ailments but also nurturing holistic wellness.
Through his mastery of massage techniques and compassionate approach, he empowers individuals to embark on journeys of rejuvenation and vitality, sculpting a future where the healing power of touch reigns supreme.

A former runway model and finance professional in big tech, Gift unexpectedly found herself drawn to Pilates following an ACL tear injury.
Initially seeking rehabilitation, she discovered Pilates' transformative toning effects, sparking a passion that led her to open Third Space Pilates. Combining her keen business acumen with a love for fitness, she cultivated a welcoming space where others could experience the physical and mental benefits she once found solace in.
Through the studio, she aims to empower individuals to prioritize their well-being and embrace the holistic benefits of Pilates, inspired by her own journey of resilience and self-discovery.
