Group Sessions Schedule

Reformer group sessions are designed by level of difficulty and life needs i.e pre-natal and post-natal where relevant. Please book sessions that match where you are at in your fitness journey and let our instructors know if you are dealing with any injuries.

White level - Beginners

White Level  - Beginner's

This Class Consists Of Fundamental Movements Of Reformer Pilates, Suitable For Those Who Have Recently Started Reformer Pilates As Well As Those Looking For A Lighter Workout. It Is A Class That Can Be Enjoyed By All Levels. Conventionally called Beginner's.

Green Level - Improvers

Green Level - Improver's

Recommended For Those Who Have Completed At Least 10 Lessons In Reformer Pilates, This Class Is Composed Of Movements That Anyone Can Follow, While Also Allowing For A Satisfying Sweat. Conventionally called  Beginner Improver's.

Blue Level - Intermediate

Blue Level - Intermediate

Recommended For Those Who Have Completed At Least 30 Lessons In Reformer Pilates, This Class Focuses On Core Strengthening And Is Composed Of Balance And Active Movements. Conventionally called Intermediate.

Black Level - Advanced

Black Level - Advanced

Recommended For Those Who Have Completed At Least 50 Lessons In Reformer Pilates, And Are Looking for A Real Challenge. This Class Focuses On Core Strengthening And Is Composed Of Balance And Active Movements, but at a more advanced level. Conventionally called Intermediate leaning Advanced.
